Pallet Deliveries

Pallet Delivery Service

All deliveries outside are own local delivery areas are made by a third party courier allowing us to deliver nationally as well as locally.
Once the order has been placed and processed we will confirm the delivery details via email or phone, if you require a certain day please leave us a note on check out or give us a call or send us an email anytime with your preferences, we’ll always try and accommodate where feasible and generally its not a problem to pick a particular day. (Saturday’s are not possible)

All national deliveries are door step/kerbside delivery and the driver is not required to take the appliance or flue into the property for health & safety and insurance reasons, Drivers will do their best to assist where possible and most will help if required and feasible. Steps, gravel driveways and narrow access can prevent the courier from delivering your pallet to your desired place and in some instances this can prevent a delivery altogether, if you are unsure please call us for further assistance and we can check on your behalf.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday only, delivery times can vary but are generally between 8am and 6pm, We recommend that you are available to receipt the delivery and check the delivery for any signs of damage, if at any point you suspect that delivery has incurred any impact or damage we advise that you call us and or sign the delivery damaged and in extreme cases refuse the delivery altogether. We’re very amical and can assist to make the whole process as easy and efficient as possible. If for any reason you’re not available and agree that the delivery can be left in a safe place this is at the full responsibility and risk of the purchaser and we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen instances.

Any failed delivery attempts will incur additional charges, to cover the cost where the receiver has not been present to receive the delivery, the courier will always attempt to make contact the receiver before they leave and generally 1hr before the delivery
